Slow Flow
Slow to stretch and strengthen. We will move slowly to help elongate tight shortened muscles as well as to challenge balance. Moving slowly is a nice way to stretch out as the muscles lengthen during the transitions in and out of postures. Lingering and moving slowly also provides a challenge as we don’t rush into or out of stronger poses.
