Whole Body – Yin/Yang
For the next few weeks our classes will work the whole body, but use different styles of movement/poses. This will work the body in different ways and challenge habitual movement patterns as we build strength, practice balance and improve mobility and flexibility.
This week we’ll get the best of both worlds, with 30 mins of S&C to build strength in the core and glutes, followed by 30 minutes and deep relaxing stretches.
