Whole Body – Flow for Stability and Flexibility
For the next few weeks our classes will work the whole body, but use different styles of movement/poses. This will work the body in different ways and challenge habitual movement patterns as we build strength, practice balance and improve mobility and flexibility.
This week is an energetic flow class. We will use movement to cultivate strength and stability – engaging stabilising muscles as we flow between postures and we will of course get a good stretch in the process.
