Whole Body – Hatha
For the next few weeks our classes will work the whole body, but use different styles of movement/poses. This will work the body in different ways and challenge habitual movement patterns as we build strength, practice balance and improve mobility and flexibility.
Next week will be more of a Hatha-style class moving at a slower pace and holding postures, with focus on the breath, balance, controlled movements, and stretching.
