HIPS
For the next few sessions we will focus on specific target areas. The classes will aim to find balance between stability and mobility – doing strengthen poses to support the joints and lengthening/flexibility to aid range of movement and release tightness that could be restricting movement.
This week is all about the hips – including the glutes, quads, hamstrings and psoas.
