Recovery & Relaxation
Rest is an important part of training too. This week the emphasis is on stretching out and relaxing to release muscular tension and using gentle movement to mobilise the joints and ease stiffness.
A great session to follow Rombalds Stride or if you’re training/racing at the weekend. It will also be a good one to combat the stiffness that sets in during the cold months and give us some well earned down time.
