Winter Strength & Stretch – Week 2 – Leg Strength & Stability
Throughout January our Monday classes will focus on S&C to support winter base training. We will take more of a yin/yang yoga approach, so we’ll do 30-40 mins of strength/stability/balance work, then finish with 20-30 mins of tension release, stretching and relaxation.
This week we’ll focus on leg strength and stability – working the glutes, quads and hamstrings and a bit of balance too.
