Winter Strength & Conditioning

YfR throughout January is dedicated to S&C to support your Winter base training. For the next 4 weeks our Monday evening zoom sessions with work to build strength, stability, balance and stamina through a yin/yang style – doing 30-40 mins of stronger poses/movements, followed by 20-30 of tension release and stretching.

As well as the weekly zoom classes there is a 7-class S&C playlist too, so you can dip into to short yoga sessions as a when it suits you.

Winter S&C Playlist

I’ve put together a selection of short classes to support your winter training and to make YfR available as and when it suits you. There’s about 2 hours of runner focused S&C yoga – to build strength and stability with bonus stretching too. You can work through the sessions in order or pick and choose based on how you feel. There’s no right or wrong way to do it. Doing it is the key.
