Sport Massage Therapy
During 2021 Rachel has been studying and training in sports massage therapy. Achieving a level 3 sports massage therapy diploma in the Autumn and building on that knowledge to gain a level 4 qualification in December 2021.
Where: Offering sports massage in the Leeds area.
Services: Mobile massage treatment to support your training, racing or exercise and fitness demands. Rachel will treat muscular dysfunction, pain, discomfort and tension using a combination of techniques and skills. Treatments may include postural, range of movement and functional movement assessment and prescribe exercises that address areas of tightness or build strength that could reduce the risk of issues recurring.
Pricing: Introductory rates in January 2022 are: £10 for 30 minutes, £15 for 45 minutes or £20 for 60 minutes
