Hips & Glutes
I know hips classes are a favourite or a common problem area that require TLC/maintenance. Restricted movement can cause all sorts of niggles and affect drive when you’re running. We will be focusing on finding that tricky balance between mobility and stability – taking the femur in all directions, stretching and strengthening the glutes and working into the quads.
