Lower body – Glutes, Quads, Hammies & Calves
This week we will focus on our hard-working legs. There will be a nice mix of strength/stability, stretching out to release tightness/tension and taking the joints through their range of movement.
The class will be split into three 20-minute sections – 1) Glutes and hamstrings. 2) Quads. 3) Calves/lower legs
Just so you are aware, my movement is still a little restricted from surgery, so how I demo will be modified.
