YfR – Online Playlist

I’ve put together a selection of short classes to support your running and to make YfR available as and when it suits you.

Each session is between 20-30 minutes and has a different focus:
1) Sun Salutions/Flow
2) Hips
3) Shoulders
4) Balance
5) Adductors/Hamstrings
6) Core
7) Recovery/Relaxation

There’s about 2.5 hours of runner focused yoga. You can work through the sessions in order or pick and choose based on how you feel. There’s no right or wrong way to do it. Doing it is the key.
