Bank Holiday Yin
Instead of our regular Monday class, we will have a Sunday afternoon yin session this bank holiday weekend. There will be lots of leg and lower back release to ease out tension and stretch out tight, tired muscles. It will be a great session for anyone currently marathon training or doing long weekend runs.
What is Yin? It’s a very different style of yoga that involves holding poses for 3-5 minutes. It targets fascia, tendons, connective tissues and bone through lengthening and compression, while trying to keep the muscles relaxed.
