After a session working our legs, then the next on shoulders, it makes sense to move to the middle.
This session will focus on the hips – moving them in every direction and finding our range of movement, the psoas – releasing through the hip flexors that connect the lower back with the legs and we’ll get some lower back release too – with some gentle twists and folds.
