Slow Flow – Shoulders & Back
We’ll start this week with some shoulder mobility and upper back release, then well move into a slow flow to work the whole body – moving slowly is a great way to fire up all the stabilising muscles and work on strength and balance as you stretch. To finish we’ll move to the floor to stretch out and relax.
