This week is all about gentle active recovery. We all know that rest is a key component of training and vital for health and well-being, but actually doing it can be a challenge. Resting and recovering through yoga is a great way to slow down and switch the nervous system into ‘rest and digest’ mode, helping the body restore and repair.
Not a strenuous one at all – It’s going to be a nice, mellow practice this week.
