YfR – Glutes Class – Monday 10.5.21

Working on activating, strengthening and releasing tension in the glute area.


Strong glutes can give you more power and help with stability and alignment of the pelvis. Runners are often told to strengthen their glutes when seeking treatment or advice for knee, hip and foot problems. In this class we’ll be doing lots of lovely strengthening work for the bum muscles.

It’s no fun when these muscles tighten up either so we’ll make sure they get a good stretch too.
