Cost: £4/£15 (single class/block of 4 classes)
In the two classes we focused on the legs, then moved up to the mid-body – working on the psoas, side body, lower back and core.
Continuing our journey upwards, we have arrived at the upper back and shoulders. We will start with some strengthening in this area, but most of the class will be about release and relaxation.
We will take time this week to do some deeper tension release and try to really relax and decompress mentally.
