This week will be about moving slowly. We’ll start with a slow flow – this can sometimes require more muscular strength and balance than moving quickly. After that we’ll move to the floor for some deeper stretches and a slightly longer lying, twisting section of the class to finish. Hopefully this will help us to unwind physical and mental tensions.
