This week’s class will be broken up into three 20 minute sections:
1 – warm-up, mobility and muscle engagement
2 – balance & stability
3 – stretching, tension release & relaxation
There have been quite a few requests for back, shoulders and hips, so throughout the class we will focus mostly, but not exclusively on these areas.
