Wowser! It’s lovely to be teaching again.
Next week will be a slow flow class (Just for YfR regulars and previous class attendees). We will continue to ease gentle back into things. I’ll wait for requests to see what you’d like me to include, but we’ll certainly use a little movement to stretch out and strengthen up.
