We are back!
Apologies for the long break and lack of posts.
I am pleased to say YfR is going online. Weekly zoom classes will be starting this Monday (16th Nov). Initially, these will be for people who have previously been to YfR classes, then once the kinks and issues have been ironed out, they’ll be available to anyone and everyone.
Each week a link to a sign-up sheet will be posted on here, the facebook page and twitter (@runneryogaleeds)
Classes – What to expect
Similar to YfR classes they will be a combination of mobility, stretch/tension release and strength/stability, with a different focus each week.
The content is designed with runners in mind, addressing key areas that support a runners body and compliment your running/training. This doesn’t mean you have to be a runner to take the class.
They are ‘open’ level classes – suitable for all levels of yoga experience, from none at all to experienced yogis .
How to book on
- Fill in the booking form.
- Pay via the paypal link (this will be emailed to you)
- The zoom meeting will be emailed to you
