Yoga in the Park

Hello,

I hope you are all keeping well as you negotiate your way through these tricky times.

I am pleased to say that Yoga for Runners Classes are returning.  The format and venue is slightly different in light of the current situation, but hopefully I can offer a welcome alternative to online classes at home.

Where? Classes will take place in the grounds of Kirkstall Abbey.

When? We are at the mercy of the weather so each week I’ll check the forecast and pick a day/time based on what mother nature is offering.  This does mean there is a slight chance we could be rained off.

How long? These will be 45 minutes

What will classes be like? Classes will focus on helping with body management/maintenance, tensions release, strength and stability – all working to support your running or other training/fitness activities.  They are relaxed and informal (although this is how our classes have always been).

Please come with requests – if you have tension or tightness troubles or you’ve noticed a weakness that needs strengthening let me know and we can work on it in the class.

Cost? There is no official fee – these are pay as you feel/donation if you wish

How to book: The classes will go on the facebook page as events and you can sign up there of message/email.
