Classes Cancelled

Coronavirus Update

Following the latest government update all scheduled classes have been cancelled.

At the moment we are still allowed to go out running and as stress levels rise with the uncertainty of Covid-19 I think it’s more important than ever utilise yoga to look after ourselves physically and mentally.

To support our wonderful yoga for runners community I will seek out videos and share sequences to get us through the next few weeks/months.

Take care and look after each other.
