Monday Class – 2nd March

Strength & Flow

The class will be a dynamic, constantly moving/flowing class to build heat, increase stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as improving focus.

This is going to be quite a strenuous one (in a good way!).  You should feel like you’ve worked hard by the end of the class, but you will also feel stretched out and relaxed too.
