Monday Class – 17th Feb

HIPS

Hips are a common problem area. Tightness and restriction in the hips can cause pain and discomfort, back and knee issues, impact on stride length and reduce running efficiency, cause imbalance in the body which can lead to injury and also effect emotional wellbeing. This class will work to release tension and improve range of motion in the hip area.

Suitable for both yoga newbies and those who have some experience and will be of value to runners, athletes, and active people.
