Yin/Yang – Strength/Release
This week we’ll spend the first half of the class working on stability, balance and stamina – with a mixture of flow and static postures. In the second half we will take a more restorative or yin-style approach – holding postures for longer to release tightness and tension in the muscles. This is a nice way to get some S&C in without feeling like you’re bashing yourself to pieces, but still getting benefits of a good workout and body maintenance session.
