February kicks off with a pretty tough weekend of running.  With this in mind we will have a class in Otley and at Swinnow to focus on active recovery, stretching, relaxing and slowing down.  We all know that rest is an essential part of training, but we rarely take time to really do it.

The class will consist of slow, gentle movement – to stimulate blood flow and flush out toxins and passive postures – to bring relief to sore muscles and ease out tightness without strain and with minimum effort.  A restorative session for the body and a chance to create a bit of calm and give your mind some quiet time too.
