As we add mileage, speed sessions and hill reps and increase training, the addition of yoga can help us get even more out of those miles and reduce the risk of being hindered by niggles or injuries.

Course/Session Overview
Each session will be broken down into 4 sections – Mobilisation, Strength & Stability, Tension Release, Relaxation.
We will focus on the following areas – strength, balance, core stability, glute engagement, recovery and flexibility work to support your running. They are suitable for both yoga newbies and those who have some experience and will be of value to runners, athletes, and active people.

- Sunday 9th February 9-10am (S&C)
- Wednesday 12th February 7:30-8:30pm (Hip Release/Mobilisation)
- Sunday 23rd February 9-10am (S&C)
The sessions will take place at Otley Scout and Guide HQ on Burras Lane, Otley. (Click for Map)
Cost for 4 session £25. Individual sessions £7.50
