Full Body Stretch
A class to get everything in order. We have had a month of working hard, training hard, hitting the S&C in yoga. It’s definitely time to stretch and iron out the creases and knots so we are ready for the next challenge. In this class we will work on specific problem areas, like neck & shoulders, hips, quads and calves, as well as working more generally just to check in and notice if there are any tight spots we weren’t already aware of.
Should be good prep for anyone heading out for the many longer races or increase in training miles that face us as February begins.
