Strength & Conditioning – Whole Body
Here is our third strength and conditioning session to start the year. After a couple of weeks of targeting specific areas, we are going to work a bit of everything this week. We will have a mix of slow flow and static postures. Using movement between the postures will build strength, while keeping it slow to really work on engaging our stabilising muscles. Our static poses will work to extend and strengthen muscles as we breathe deeply and improve focus.
