Strength & Conditioning – Glutes, Stability & Balance
We are continuing our focus of strength and conditioning to start the year. Last week we did a lot of leg work, so this week we’ll move to glute activation, balance and core stability. These all naturally go together and feed into each other. They also tend to be the first words uttered by the physio when they give you homework, so why not swat up now.
