Here’s what we have coming up.
New Year Freebie
Monday classes return on 6th January. To celebrate the return from the festive break this class will we free – both as a thank you to the Monday yoga regulars and a treat for anyone returning or wanting to come and join me to see what Yoga for Runners is like.
Our Monday classes throughout January are going to focus on whole body strength & conditioning – improving balance and stability to support your running.

January Course/Sessions – Otley
Check out the Courses Page for information about our Otley sessions in January. These will run on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. You can sign up for all four sessions or attend as classes.
Littondale Class
We are back in Arncliffe on Thursday 9th January, 6-7:30pm. The style of the class is up to you. We have two options: relax and recover – a gentle chilled class to de-stress after the madness of the festive season or strengthening – to kick the year off with a good workout or we could do a bit of both.
