Head-to-Toe
This week we are going to start at the top and work our way down to our toes. There will be lots of postures to lengthen muscles and release tightness, but we won’t miss out the strengthening postures.
Targeting areas of the body in turn will help to improve strength and flexibility to the whole body including places that we don’t think about or we neglect. It’s also a wonderful way to develop greater body awareness.
