Core and Flow

This week we are focusing on core strength.  We will alternate between postures that work to strengthen the core with slow gentle flow to release tightness in the back, lengthen the side-body and open up the chest.

A strong core is so important for good posture and alignment.  This class will really help to build strength without it feeling like a punishing core workout.
