Restorative/Active Recovery Class
This week we will focus on stretching, relaxing and slowing down. We all know that rest is an essential part of training, but we rarely take time to really do it. Our class will consist of slow, gentle movement and passive postures to ease out tightness without strain and with minimum effort. A restorative session for the body and a chance to create a bit of calm and give your mind some quiet time too.
