The end of the year is fast approaching. Thoughts may be turning to winter training, new year goals and ambitions. It can also be stressful time as we prepare for the festive season and feel the effects of shorter days and a lack of sunshine
This 4-week course will focus on releasing tightness, rebalancing the body to prepare for whatever the new year has in store and most importantly taking time to relax and look after yourself. It is suitable for both yoga newbies and those who have some experience and will be of value to runners, athletes, and active people.
