Legs Legs Legs
This week is all about legs. We make them work hard! It’s so important to take time to look after them.
This week we will be using balancing postures to improve strength and stability, flowing sequences to build stamina and to begin to loosen tightness, then we will work deeper to really stretch out by holding postures for longer to release fascia and connective tissues, as well as muscle.
