Hip & Back Release

Always a favourite! We will do lots of postures this week to target releasing and lengthening the psoas. Everyday life and running can contribute to this pesky muscle getting ever shorter and tighter, so giving it some love can do the world of good – improving stride length and speed as well as relieving back pain. During the class we will also work to find strength and mobility in the hips and use twists to release tightness in the lower back.
