Flow and Shoulder Opening
This week we will start our class with a heat building, strengthening flow – using variations of sun salutations to improve stamina as we lengthen, strengthen and energise the whole body.
For the second part of the class we will slow things down and focus on shoulder opening and back release – so important at this time of year as own bodies react to the colder, wetter weather and also key for runners and cyclist who natural hunch forwards. Opening up the chest and shoulders is hugely beneficial for improving posture and for increasing space to breathe more deeply.
