Monday Class – 14.10.19

Whole Body Class

This week we will work head-to-toe.  We are going to get the joints moving, get the muscles working with an energising flow sequence, build strength and balance in our standing postures, then take time to stretch out and make space in the body.

We will target the big muscles as well as releasing the small ones – check in with the areas we know need some work, but also see what is happening in the areas we neglect, or notice less.
