Balance & Stability

 

Muddy fields and sloppy wet trails add an extra challenge to our winter running.  Having the strength and balance to maintain good posture and alignment when running on the rough stuff can make big difference.  Core stability and good balance help you move over slippery terrain with more ease, instead of sliding or falling.

We will do a mixture of static and dynamic postures to test and improve balance and we focus on lifting through the torso and stabilising with our core.

A great class to start to prepare for the fast approaching XC season.
