Whole Body Stretch
As the weather turns cooler and starts to affect our posture, it’s good to take a bit of time to slow things down and check in with your body. This week the class will focus entirely on stretching out and releasing tightness.
We will aim to counter the tendency to hunch forwards and draw the shoulders inwards. Working from head-to-toe we will be opening up, finding space and length and stretching out the whole body.
A great session to address tension from overuse and tightness you didn’t realise was there. As we work through the body it is also useful to notice imbalances or sore spots that need a bit of extra attention.
