Legs Feet Ankles

Image result for anatomy legs run free imagesThis week we are focusing on the legs, feet and ankles.  We will work strongly to build strength and improve balance and stability.  We will tackle tightness and bring some length and release to overused, shortened muscles. There will also be time dedicated to making the feet and ankles stronger and releasing tension there – we often don’t give much thought to the feet and ankles until we have an injury.  By working these areas we get much needed conditioning and if there are issues we’ll notice them in our yoga class rather than at the point when they cause pain while out running.
