Slow Flow
This week we will be taking our time, working slowly using the transition between postures to stretch and strengthen as much as the postures themselves. Sometimes slowing things down can be more challenging than powering through – taking time to move more deeply into the postures and really feel their benefits while enjoying the restorative benefits of stimulating blood flow to flush out toxins and aid recovery.
We rush around far too much. Come along and take some time to slow down while doing a world of good for your running bod.
