Full Body MOT – making space and bringing balance to the muscles
This week we will take a bit of time to check in with and work on those niggly tight spots that can be quite restrictive and uncomfortable.
To start we will target the shoulders, neck and back – aiming to find a bit more mobility and space. From there we will work our way down to the core, hips and glutes and finish with the legs. Throughout the practise we will aim to bring balance to the muscles by cultivating strength as we release and lengthen.
