Whole Body Stretch

It’s always good to take a bit of time to slow things down and check in with your body.  This week the class will focus entirely on stretching out and releasing tightness.

We will work from head-to-toe opening up and stretching out the whole body.  A great session to address tension from overuse and to address tightness you didn’t realise was there.  As we work through the body it is also useful to notice imbalances or sore spots that need a bit of foam roller homework.
