This week we will blend two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.

The class will begin with an active flow practice working on the muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.  The second half of the class will be in the yin style, working at a slower pace, holding poses passively and for longer, working on the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body.
