Back and Shoulder Opening
This week we will begin by mobilising into the joints and building heat, working the whole body with a flow sequence. After that we will focus in on releasing tension in the back and shoulders using twists and backbends to counter the strain running puts on the upper body. An essential element of a strong, healthy torso and well supported spine is core strength, so we will take time to work the core before we wind down and relax.
