Hips & Legs
In this bank holiday class we will focus on the hips and legs. Starting with dynamic postures to get the blood flowing and generate some energy – we will then move in a series of lunges to work on pelvic stability, to build strength in the legs and open the hips. Finally, we will move to the floor to work into the core and release tightness in the hips.
